If the inner race of the bearing is seized to the drive-shaft then you'll probably need a grinder to grind it thin enough so it will split. You'll need to go carefully so as not to damage or overheat the end of the CV joint.
When replacing the bearing into the hub it is recommended to use either an hydraulic press or drawer-puller.
