WOW - you are lucky, most people would pay extra to be able to operate the windows from the indicator stalk!
Seriously, there is probably a fault with the stalk switch itself which is causing a short circuit somewhere, which is causing the electric window to operate.
I know the stalk switches have been known to fail on a regular basis, although the fault you describe is unusual.
I would check out the stalk first, it may even be a case of it pushing against wires and this has worn away the insulation which is causing the short to operate the windows.
