Went to get my Laguna II after accident and..
Got phone call yesteday from $$$ (authorised repairer three letters beginng with A and ending in R) saying my car was ready after the accident where a Van decided to park in the boot.
Anyway turn up cant see the car anywhere, go into office and they get it brought round to the front, so inspecting the rear I notice that
It is a different bit of trim on the bottom of the tailgate, has a nice bit of chrome in it.
lift the hatch and notice a few holes where screws were supposed to be.
Open the Glass hatch and there are holes where rubber bushes should be to stop the glass hitting the tailgate structure.
Closing the gate I notice that the striker is twisitng the tailgate in order to secure it, not lined up properly
At this point I notice there is a much larger gap between the tailgate and the body on one side.
This leads me to notice that the paint colour is obviously differrent between the tailgate, bumper the main body of the car.
I point all this out to the workshop manager who apologies and tries to make excuses about it being plastic and paint colours and tailgate cant be adjusted etc... I ask him poilitley to put it right and let me know when it will be finished.
Not impressed... with authorised repairer
