i used to visit bca auctions at preston a lot.they have 2 auctions at the same time.the general and the fleet.in the fleet you also get the mobility cars usually low milage with full service history.you must be prepared to out bid the dealers.if you have between 4 to 6 grand to spend you can save a lot of money,you must also allow for the auctioneers fee.
as sportourer says you do not get a test drive but you do get 1 hour to check the car over also the remainder of any warranty that the car has left
