House prices in Newquay (Cornwall come to that) are ridiculously high tho, you won't get any change from 200k for a 3 bed semi on a housing estate, unless it needs a lot of work. "Decent" 4 bed detatched houses are 280K upwards.

yes the roundabouts take a bit of skill and blind faith to negoiate during the rush hour..

Only surfing ( of sorts ) I can get up to is snowboarding all year round here..

Back on topic though the drain pipes have been replaced by renault twice but still the thing leaks..

I asked a guy on the Renault Minute stand yesterday at Donnington and the first thing he suggested ( without prombting ) was using an air line to blow down the drain pipes to clear any obstructions so your advice was definately spot on.

Am going over to look at the car soon so may post up some pictures if I can sus out the location of the drain tubes..

Update this problem turned out to be due to a broken windscreen seal and not the sunroof after all but I guess the info regarding checking the channels may be relevant to others..

Best check mine out as we have had really bad rain this weekend and the floor on the front passenger side has had a big puddle on it last 2 mornings, yet cant see where it has come from, sunroof is closed , is no sign of where the water has come from either, but am guessing its the roof.
