Smile LagunaII window regulator

I have some news which could help someone on here, after visiting my local renault dealers and tyold the repair to the regulator would be 245, they called me today and informed me that as my car is below 50k mileage and under 4 Years old they will fit the regulator under warranty, this as I say might help someone if it saves 1 person from paying in excess of 200 then I would be very pleased if your car is in the same bracket then push the dealer to repair FOC and email RUK with a complaint as I did this should help your cause.

Regards

Steve

I thought the warranty ran for three years, i have a 52 lag II with 43k on the clock and have had repairs done at the local renault dealer (gearbox & engine mount) which i paid for.

So does this mean i should have had this done under warranty

Its worth a go matey, I got the impression that the dealer was trying it on and it may be common practice, drop an email to RUK complaining, and see what happens, I too previously had repairs and paid for them but got a little p***ed off when told another 245 please.
