Don't depair I've found a guy on eBay who does repairs on regs I'm waiting for a reply and when I get it I'll post it here. Worst case is that to replace both mechs would cost abut 200 plus postage - which is what Ren would charge for 1, other alternative is a scrappy
Keep smiling you'll need all the luck going when you own a Renault!!!

If this the case, does it mean that the regulators are gone, seems a bit strange that both front windows dont work, if it has multiplex wiring, could it be the mirrors that dont work and taking out the windows? also the rear windows work as they should, also my temp always displays 59 deg C all the time and I do believe that the sensor is in the mirror! I know this is a stab in the dark but like I said, its strange that both front windows dont work, also when I try the front windows, they dont click or make any noises at all.

Since my problem was confined to pass side only I proved the mirror by connecting it to the driver's side, you seem to have a more complex problem, however looking at the wiring diag Fuse F15 is common to front windows and mirrors, rear windows are separately fused, F15 is a 30 amp fuse in fuse box 1 and has fuses 1 to 25 in it have a look it may be simply a fuse blown. If not it sounds like an autoelectrician is the next port of call.
Good luck
