On these clips there are two slide on fasteners, do these clips fit into the two holes situated at the bottom of the window?

I would presume they do but I just wanted to make sure. I have left the plastic glass protectors that were already in the window.

Thank you

Simple answer - yes. There are 2 holes in the glass into which the plastic lugs fit and the clips fasten onto the lugs to prevent the glass from falling out, the clips fit outer side of the glass.

window mech repair

Hi all, after reading your informative posts on the subject of Laguna window mechs after my daughters drivers side window developed the problem and refusing to pay Renaults extortionate prices I did a search on good old EBay and found a guy who does a complete recon for 29-95 +pp,he has also sent me a complete removal procedure text/and pics in a PDF file so if anyones stuck for how to get door panel off and remove mech feel free to email me and I'll pass it on ,or if a mod reads this and it can be uploaded for general use let me know how and I'll pass it on,Alex

Hi Charliesdad

I guess that would depend on the source of the procedure.

If there is any chance that it is copyright material, then I'm afraid that we rather not have it uploaded to the forum

If you'd like to take a screen shot of it and PM it to myself or any of the other mods, we'd be glad to check it out
