We all neeeeed a thread resurection (in the style of Alf)

Just had a read through this thread in the vane hope it may have a hidden fix, but alas, as usual, Renault have made most things fitted to them "consumables", it will come a time when you buy Renaults in packs of three!

And as for Haynes, lol, a few smatterings of info buy a few guys in a back shed on Stella, who have been paid off by the manufacturers, just how many times does it now say to take to a mian dealers? I lost count.

It even says rear subframe bushes are a main dealer only repair, I did mine in around an hr.

washer problems

I too suffer problems from my washer system. on my Laguna 2.2 DCI Privellege (52) The windscrean washer is tepramental to say the least! sometimes if you hold back the stalk long enough it works some times it just says NO! along with this my xeon washers have decided to wash day and night, lights on or off. I'm currently usig them as part of the windscrean washer solution as I have them aimed high enough to clear the bonnet and wash the screan. (a great way of cleaning a bug before it hits your windscrean.)

I have noticed that the washer hose feads down fron the bonnet lid to the washer bottle alongside the bonnet hinge. I wander if it is this that causes such irregularity from my washer? could it be folding the hose? why couldn't the just be fitted to the edge of the engine bay?

Can anyone shed light on how to get things back to normal?
