Re: Renault Laguna II - Phase 1 - Wheels and Tyres - Soft rear suspension

Texas, what "assister"springs did you fit?
My '53 hatch becomes very low when loaded and with caravan hitched up.
I've replaced the dampers, even though the new (KYB made in Spain) dampers don't seem much different when compressed by hand to the old ones.
The springs look OK, not broken although some of the plastic coating is missing and there is a small patch of rust under.

Re: Renault Laguna II - Phase 1 - Wheels and Tyres - Soft rear suspension

i have these fitted to mine, they are MAD and come in a tastfull shade of hamerite light blue

just remember, dont hit any kerbs too hard or you are going to probably bend the chassis(like i did)

they are awsome springs i really recomend them.

you could also stiffen the back end up by fitting GAS shocks as well.

and while the axle is down get the rear bushes checked out for wear as well.

Spare parts available for 2001 Scenic 1.9Dci, 97 Lag1, 02 Lag2.
everythings gotta go....
