I am a firm believer in sharing everything with the exception of the MRS, and at the rate I break things (I am a bit of a petrol head) I will pop up on here a fair bit i suspect.

The laguna has covered 120k and was an obsessed mechanics family car from new before so it has had a fairly charmed life.

Apart from regular servicing it has had a new exhaust last year and the Petrol main strap rotted through in April so this problem was the first of the electrial variety i have experienced.

My father has a 1.9 scienic TD and a keen shed dragger so I was reading the big thread on increasing power with the inline electronic devices.
Wow I never realisesd there was so much debate around these things, digital analogue etc...
With all the testing feedback and weeding out of scammer scummers its a really nice community of enthusiasts hanging out here
