Hi Disler

What tuning box are you using. I am thinking of getting one of these myself to help with both mpg and power. Do you see much in the way of performance increase ?

Cheers

Simon

Tyres can have a significant effect on fuel consumtion. Both mak of tyre and sizes. The owners handbook for our Mondeo has fuel consunption figures for every model in the range. For example a 2.0 Ghia has tyres 2 sizes wider than a 2.0LX & it does 2.6mpg less.
Some tyres are advertised as "Fuel saving".

I have had my Laguna II 1.6 on the road for just over a week, getting about 42mpg.

Hi Jouhtnt - that sounds very good mileage - as a matter of interest how did you calculate - as it is well recognised the renault computerised system ain't very accurate
