Re: Renault Laguna II - Phase 1 - Engines - Average MPG from 1.9 DCi Engine

My 2005 1.9DCi Laguna facelift got up to 55mpg in summer and about 48mpg in winter. My current 2002 1.9DCi Laguna is averaging around 40mpg. I does make a huge difference, I am applying various fuel treatments and have it booked in for a service next week, hopefully the mpg will improve

hi, I recently bought a laguna 1.9 dci, 2002 year, with 84k on clock, which had cambelt done 8k to 10k miles before, car is doing around 29 - 35 mpg, it should be doing at least 45 to 50 as had a Rt Dti before whichj was doing 48 mpg around town which is why bought this one! Should other components have been changed when cambelt was done, as will happily do for better mpg?
Currently in kernowguy1961's garage:
Rover 25, seeking a renault laguna Rt Dti or dci
