Currently in planmeca's garage:
Renault Laguna 1.8 16v x 2 and a lot of other things. could really do with a tidy up to be honest I'll do it tomorrow

There are times when it OK to sit at 65 mph an hour that's a whopping 5 mph below the maximum permitted limit. Of course then there are vehicles that aren't allowed to do the max on a motorway. Where I live at night the motorways are practically empty so why not travel at the most cost effective speed. In my part of the world I rarely travel more than 55 mph if I can help it. The longest motorway is only 40 miles and no point in rushing onto a B road with it's twists and turns as the time gained on the motorway is usually lost at the next road junction.

Hmm, we might need to agree to disagree on this one, although you won't be making many new friends doing 55 on a motorway.

I don't go on the motorway to make friends - my aim is to get to where I'm going in one piece, economically and without stress where possible.
