That is going to be close....
I would expect that to be a write off,but stranger things have happened.
I worked as a strip fit technician in a bodyshop for a while,and the amount of work involved to put that back as original is surprising.....
Like I said before,it's not what you can see from the outside,it's whats hidden underneath.The bumper(including it's mountings) has probably 20 different parts!
It very much depends on the insurance company involved.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
