Hi Freddy,

Have your problems originated at the dealership or from elsewhere?

This forum is completely independent from Renault, so we don't have any bias or pull one way or the other.

If you feel entirely justified in escalating this, it may be worth contacting Trading Standards, or some of the more 'consumer-focused' motoring press such as 'What Car?' or 'Which?'.
