Re: zoe

Hi Freddy & welcome to the forum.
Have your dealings with the Customer Services @ Renault been only over the telephone or have you had written correspondence (or emails) with them as well where they have disputed your claims?.
All major businesses have a complaints procedure, so if you are still unhappy with the outcome of your dealings with the representative, then simply ask customer services what is the process/contact details for escalating a complaint.
Also call centres record every spoken conversation (I believe) so if you have a record of dates/times at which a rep has called you a liar etc then if you make a complaint they can listen back to a transcript of those calls.
As Velsatisfied has said it is important not to mix up poor service between the Dealership and Renault UK itself, although both are linked through the supply of your new car.
So please be clear on what the problem is and where the communication problems are occuring if you wish to tell us more about the situation you are experiencing.
