Have you tried cleaning out the
, when you replace the Idle Valve it's always worth giving it a good clean out. In all honesty, you may have saved yourself a bit of cash by just cleaning out and lightly oiling th eIdle Control Valve but too late for that. Boatloads of Carb spray and a paper clip go a long way.
Is there any holes in any of the vacuum hoses? Is the air filter clogged?
Just some of the possible causes I know. If the Lambda sensor goes Kaput it may give similar symptoms to the above. Has the car got a Cam Sensor as well?? Vauxhalls sometimes have that problem and am just trying to transfer some of my previous experiences across to the Renault.
