Sometimes the circular spring that forces the pivot for the piston sticks or the pivot itself on the rear calipers. if you capable you can remove the caliper from the car and squirt wd40 or similar lubricator in round it and gently work it. sometimes it too far gone and only way to cure is replacements. the other one is the piston itself seizes again unles you very careful and handy with tools the only cure is replacement. in my many years of motor trade working the easiest and most cost effective way is just to get them replaced as you can spend time and money trying to free them off but doesn't always work effectively. sorry cannot give you better advice.
