In a way I feel sorry for the bloke as he is a small businessman as I am too - but we all have to pay dues to the school of hard knocks.
I've got a small business as well, and someone once said to me "you are only as good as your last job" , and my dad used to say "In life, you should pay for your own mistakes, and not anyone else's"
Both are maxims I strongly believe in.
