All of the above,plus the car might be damp inside(although the carpets don't appear to be wet),or you could have the first signs of a heater matrix leak.
Also,did you buy it from a dealer?.It's not unusual for car valeters to make the interior wet when they clean them,so it could just want a de-humidifier put inside for a couple of days to dry it out.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
