It shouldn't be too difficult to fit (as the replacement wing will show where the mounting points are for removal of the old one). What I guess is most important is removing only what is necessary, and doing that in the correct order. I would recommend asking the person who's selling the wing - most people are only too happy to show how clever they've been - and this advice could well save a couple of hours.
Be prepared for some fiddly clips, and be careful when removing those, as they will need re-using later on.
I'd line the edge of the wing & the surrounding panels with masking tape to prevent paint damage, and have an old cushion/pillow for resting the new wing on - especially if this is a one-man job.
This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
