It doesn't take much - you probably wouldn't see.
if you cover the arm in cloth and get a large pair of pliers or an adjustable spanner, grip the arm and twist slightly - if you go the wrong way the judder will be worse.
If you use an automatic drive thru car wash a lot and leave the wipers in the parked position this can cause this problem.
Yep they were twisted, I used a bit of insulation tape to protect the arms and twisted them with my trusty old king ****
(ajustable spanner) it took several attempts in the ****ing rain the other night, and now they are silent so i've put the fusions back on .
