You should laugh - apparaently the "low windscreen washer level" warning was removed from the UK Citroen Picasso ( and other models I believe) because "owners" were concerned that warning lights were coming on and saying "service" - which according to the manual meant taking it to a dealer, hence a lot of confused owners turned up with the only fault being low w/screen washer fluid ( and no common sense).
Headlight bulbs were a right ba****d to replace on the Picasso as well, I cut my hands to shreds trying to squeeze them into minute gaps past sharp metal edges.
