Personally I doubt there are many benefits at all to be gained by using this in a standard small petrol engined car. It probably burns a bit cleaner and helps maintain engine/injectors, but all modern fuels claim to do this anyway. It's a bit like washing powder, every new launch means whiter than white whites, removes stains etc - yet the previous ones were the best things since sliced bread.
It costs several pence a litre more, which means several pounds a tankful, I doubt you would get much of an improvement in economy to re-coup that extra cost.

It is probably another marketing ploy, whilst it wouldn't do your engine any harm, you will notice very little benefit, so save a few pounds.
Whether it is that much better in higher performance cars remains to be seen.
You would also need to run soley on the same type of fuel for several tankfuls to start to notice any kind of benefit, however slight it may be.
