For what you have said thus far I would say that the car is OK but maybe the battery could do with replacing when you get the sensors reset - if you can get a free battery / alternator check somewhere I would do so before the winter really hits in.

The cat thing stands for any car and so does this flat battery problem.

The alternator re-charges the battery as the engine is running and in the winter months the car uses generally more electrical power ( fog lights, wipers, heater, demister etc etc etc ) so weaknesses or worn parts become more apparent.

Maybe you already knew that - sorry if I sound like a bloody know it all just trying to help yer out and interested to learn more..
