yep, sorry I forgot that as well. It is the metric conversion thing again. If it was metric you would see increments/decrements of .1 litre/100km whereas the imperial conversion is different. You will find that at 30mpg on the computer the increments are smaller, whereas by the time you get to 60mpg you will find it increments by over 1mpg.
This is the same for Citroen and Peugeot, or at least it was on ours.
I discovered the metric/imperial differences when we first took the Picasso to France, it had a digital speedo etc and you could change it to read in km/h easily, that is when I noticed that the resolution in litres was much better.

Saying that, they have obviously fitted different software to our Megane as the computer increments in 0.1 mpg through the whole range.
