Renault Feedback

I've just put the phone down after speaking with the Customer Services (Website) contact number at Renault. Its a free number. Very busy. After taking the details at the call centre, thorough, I was transferred to Renault HQ.
We went through the problem, they checked with the engineers, whether any mods (alternator pulley) setup - None.
Whilst I did not solve my problem, the service was excellent & FREE advice.

Now if any Forum members have found a technique to secure these pulleys - Let us know.
My vehicle is being checked this morning.

I note one Forum comment that the belt must be placed nearest to the alternator- i.e leaving the spare groove in the puley in view on the outside edge. Best aligned!

Is Loctite a defence to avoid unscrewing also?

As it came off, why?
Could one of the machines (aircon, power steering, alternator) in the Aux power train - Be faulty?

Currently in SamWoerth's garage:
1.6 Megane Saloon MkII 04 - previous MkI - wrote off- back ended
