In a word...... No!!
Access is the main problem. If you have small hands and are good with them without being able to see anything then you may stand a chance!!.
To improve access:
If it is a nearside bulb remove the battery cover by undoing two screws and a clip on the front and also remove a relay box cover by giving gentle pursuasion. Remove the bulb cover and change. To help your aim when replacing you can see the bulb through the front of the light.
If it is offside remove the cover around the power steering filler (if there is a cover). I think you have to remove the lid first.
Once you can get your hand in procedure is the same as before.
