Doesn't sound bad at all! You are running lights heater etc. That drop seems reasonable. What diesel make do you buy? I recommend BP or Shell as they have extra additives/cetane improvers and defintaley give more mpg. My 2.2 DT Grand espace averaged 41mpg on a run back and forth between Edinburgh and Manchester part day part night running on Shell.
