Thumbs up Re: Renault - Scenic II - Pollen Cabin Filter Location*with Pics*

Hi all: Just managed to change the pollen filter on my 2005 scenic mk2. Managed to drop the blasted cover plate behind the engine but with a lot of swearing and the use of a garden cane i managed to fish it out through the wheel arch. Wish i had used the gaffer tape and string idea first.
The old filter was completely black with leaves and what not stuck all over it, never been changed for a long time.
Pollen filter cost me 11 off ebay so saved myself a lot of cash avoiding the garage.
A bit of a touch only job as its hard to see what you are doing but can be done in 5-10 mins (unless you drop the plate behind the engine).
Currently in WREXHAM-RX4's garage:
Magane Scenic MK2 2005 and Ford Ka Sport
