You could consider getting a roll of draught excluder tape (the thin, self-adhesive type). Cut off what you need to line the inside edge of the door, then spray the pieces satin black.Once it has dried, peel off the backing strip and press into place.It will only be visible when open, and look factory-fitted if done right. The foam will limit any movement of the door, and prevent it rattling against its frame.
This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
