You should by law, be able to have the car serviced at any VAT registered garage, but both parts and procedures used must be Renault approved, if not I get the impression Renault will make life difficult for you in the event of a warranty claim being required.

Now parts are pretty easy to prove that they either did or did not come from Renault, you can get some garages to provide receipts for the parts they use

But HTF can you prove!!! That the procedure's used conform to any standard.
I think most of us know this is a rip off.
