These recognised servicing procedures are very interesting.

When I had my 18,000 mile service I assumed everything on the service schedule within the (diesel section 18,000 mile section) would have been serviced.

2 or 3,000 ish miles later I found, according to Renault my pollen filter was allegedly stuffed on enquiring why it wasnít changed at the 18,000 service I was told because of the costs this was a customer requested optional item.

On enquiring with RCS I was told the pollen filter
SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHANGED AT 18,000 miles (Sori about shouting )

RSC contacted my dealer and forced through this pollen filter change, at no additional charge to me, its probably too late, but Iím wondering now if the air filter was changed!!!!
The point I make, is how can anyone make any sense of an allegedly warranty procedure like that?
