I dont have central locking on my car but i've fitted an aftermarket set to my rover 100 and i found that if i opened the door whilst the motors were unlocking they came out of sync so to speak.
I had to D/C the solenoid that was out of sync (Mine was drivers door) and lock the car manualy (putton on inside of car) then reconnect the solenoid and it was back in sync.
As i say my car doesnt have central locking but it has worked for me on aftermarket kits.
Maybe its worth a try.
