Thanks for the replies guys .

I disconnected my battery this morning

I have taken this step as a last ditch attempt to try and sort out a high tickover problem .

I have had the computer at the garage connected a few times and the technicians can still find no reason why the car is ticking over too fast

After four hours of being disconnected I went back out in the rain and reconnected (with the sidelights on ) and went for a drive around the local beauty spots ( didn't take long )

And now all seems ok

hopefully the problem has gone away I will give it a week and let you know how it went


Never read Beauty magazines they will only make you feel ugly
