i've taken the sensor panel off and yes, there was water in the glass 'bubble' that houses the central locking sensor. I removed the small circuit board and the wiring plug and dried them both, the central locking is now working as it has ben since i got the car, ( only worked on the passenger front, passenger rear doors) the engine is turning over fine but still not starting. I dont know of anyway to over ride the immobiliser as im sure thats whats stopping the car from starting.
