Yep - sounds like a loose connection or fuse.
Could also be a "computer crash" of the ECU .
Have you tried disconnecting the battery and then reconnecting it. You will have to reprogram the radio,clock etc afterwards so make sure you have the radio code.
As the dash is totally digital it would unlikely be a backlit bulb, chances of all blowing at the same time are very remote indeed.

I would also insist that your dealer at least look at the car - it is a safety issue - if they are the same dealer that sold you the car and can't look at the car then they should provide you with a courtesy car. No speedo etc is illegal and also dangerous - the engine could have a fault and you wouldn't know, you could run out of fuel & not know etc etc.
