I don't think there's anything you can do with the sat-nav. A lot of earlier ones make you (supposedly read and) click through this warning every time so that if you do something stupid, you can't blame errors in the sat-nav disc. In other words, if you drive the wrong way up a one-way street because it tells you to, it's your fault not the sat-nav's.

As for the tyre pressures - have you manually checked them lately? It could be that one of them is a bit low, and is just low enough to trigger the warning when cold. As the tyre warms up through driving, the air pressure inside increases and the warning goes away. It's quite common with the Lag II sensors, especially at this time of year.
