And who at the end of the day, should he get anywhere with what looks like a major (spend the rest of your immedite life and spare time) letter and email writing exercise, pay for his airbag and power steering?
Those last things that broke and needed fixing and were possibly in the car since new and thus not warranted?
Who will pay him for them? Not the dealer who sold it originally, nor the private seller and certainly not Renault.......No matter how many letters you write.
