The key is persistance Chris. I never took no for an answer and kept finding other ways everytime I came up against a barrier.

The fact of the matter is you have paid out a hell of a lot of money there in such a short period of time for a car that quite frankly doesn't warrant it. Anything back is something gained for you now.

If i was you, I'd contact the person Vass mentioned earlier on in this thread, outlining everything in as much detail as possible - maybe break down into bullet points so its a bit easier on the eye. Detail costs incurred including time off work, the inconveniences caused etc.
