Water in passenger door!

Hello fellow Laguna owners!

I have a 2002 1.8 Dynamique II that I've had since last September. Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed a 'water sloshing about' noise which I have eventually identified is coming from my front passenger door.

I've since noticed that the door has at least one black plastic cap on the underside which I removed to let some of the water out. After heavy rain though the door fills up again. Any idea why water is getting in and any idea how I can stop it?

Also I noticed the other day that my tyre pressure warning light came on and that all four wheels had disappered from the display! The next day I was driving to work and one by one the wheels appeared back on the display and the warning light went off again - could this be connected with the door leak?
