First, i have just had the Director of Customer Services for Renault UK on the phone to me expressing there concerns in response to an email i sent them.
In a nut shell, They are not prepared to offer me any cash refund (although i am going to push them!) because i am getting rid of the car.
But they are prepared to offer me a substantial amount off a new car to restore my faith in Renault if i ever wish to come back to them.
The kind lady is going to give me a call back later on this afternoon to see if there is anything else she can do for me....
What do you guys think? Anyhting is should be saying when she calls back?
(Also, they are fully aware of your forum! Result!)
