Your best bet is probably the boot light. Traditionally, these are wired to permanent live on one side, and then the other side earthed through a pin switch that's operated by the boot. But then Renault don't seem to hold with pin switches nowadays, so maybe they're switching the live
You'd have to get a multimeter out and hope for the best.
You'd need to find a separate earthing point, but you could tap that into the lighter socket. I'd normally advise against doing that for fear of overloading the earth return wiring, but as we're only talking very small currents here, I wouldn't be that bothered.
