air flow meter

if you drive with the lead unplugged for a lengthy amount of time ie anything over 20/30 mile it can damage the engine as that controls the oil /fuel flow and when the air flow meter is not working the ecu can not determine how much feul/ oil to circulate around the engine there for it puts in what it thinks is safe using more feul and more importantly when the air flow is not measured the ecu is putting neat fuel into the engine which can cause severe engine damage with prolonged driving with the air flow meter unplugged/faulty my air flow meter cost 145 fitted from nationwide
