I'm having the same prob with my son's 106 quicksilver, we can get the normal roadwheel bolts off , but when it come's to the locking nuts the key just slips off, damaging the key,
I've tried hammering the key back on but it just slips off. the bloody roadwheel nuts were on very tight, must have been spun on with an air wrench last time it was in the tyre bay, so you can bet they put the lockers on the same way.

Torque settings for the wheel bolts are 63 ftlb I bet these are more like 200 ftlb.
The locking bolts don't look a very good design, they have like a star shape design set in the top of the bolt about 4mm deep, can't get a good purchase on the head.
Looks like it may be a trip down to the tyre fitters to let them have a go.
