Same thing happened to me on the car part exchanged for the Laguna a few weeks ago, These were McGard lock nuts, first the head of the bolt broke and then the key broke, luckily it was the wheel I was taking off to put the originals back on.
What you need is a socket that is just too small to go on the lock nut, you will also need a short extension, a lump hammer and power bar or similar, Hit the socket on with the lump hammer and then use the power bar to slowly loosen the lock nut, If it slips then repeat the process, Took about 10 minutes to do mine but got there in the end, You could also try using the socket on an impact driver.
