Well, its many (but not all) of the manufacturers who spend a lot of time developing and optimising their cars on that particular circuit.

So the cars are then individually given a press launch when a new model is announced or an existing one updated, and as these press events tend to occur in far-flung exotic locations (with plenty of mountain roads and picturesque scenery) the press seems to focus on one driving dynamic above all else.

So ones that do well, are praised, ones that don't - aren't.

This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
