Hi mate, the warranty on a new car usually changes from year 1 onwards from manufacturer-based, to dealer-based (which is conditional upon the car being serviced correctly). There are also fewer items covered during this time (check your warranty book, as this should be listed). I would believe that since none of the problems you have described would fall within a service anyway then it really comes down to whether it is covered in the warranty or possibly covered by a goodwill gesture. The garage (or Renault) would need to argue that missing the service was responsible - which isn't the case at all.

This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
