the exhaust gas monitoring light has come on. This is an indicator that looks like an engine. The manual says take it to a Renault dealer.
Has anyone any idea what this means? It sounds expensive...

Hi folks i'm having problms with my scenic automatic 2.0 I changed the battery recently , as my old one died with all the cold weather.

When trying to start the car it wont start. Ive got an orange light whats flashes constantly and the stop light which is on. The engine ticks over but wont fire.

I've tried to tow/bump the car but that wont work. Ive also tried jump lead and no joy with that.

Any ideas why it wont work would be fantastic.

The central locking also seems to not work :S

The light will go out as soon as the right coil is changed,,,assuming it is the coil of course. Just done mine, its always the last hole you try but an easy fix none the less.
